Women's Kabaddi Team beat Nepal in 3rd match

DHAKA, April 22, 2025 (BSS)- Bangladesh National Women's Kabaddi Team 
shrugged off their previous matches defeat as they bounced back to register 
an exciting 26-23 points victory over host Nepal in third match of the five-
match Kabaddi Test Series held in Kathmandi, Nepal today (Tuesday).

Held at Satdobato taekwondo hall at Lalitpur, Bangladesh were trailed the 
first half by 15-10 points.

The remaining two matches of the series will be held on April 24 and 25 at 
the same venue. 

Earlier, Bangladesh suffered 41-18 points defeat to Nepal in the first match 
and went down 29-22 points defeat in their second match.

Bangladesh Kabaddi Team: 

Sraboni Mallick (captain), Brishti Biswas (vice captain), Rupali (senior), 
Smrity Akter, Rekha Akter, Mebi Chakma, Rupali Akter (junior), Anjuara Ratri, 
Sucharita Chakma, Khadija Khatun, Loba Akter, Yasmin Khanam and Israt Jahan 
Sadika.
