DHAKA, June 17, 2025(BSS)- Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions confirmed 
semifinals from girls section in the National Gold Cup Football tournament 
(U-17 boys' and girls') held at Mohammadpur Govt. Physical Education College 
ground in the capital today (Tuesday). 

On the day, Mymensingh division beat Chattogram division by 43 goals in 
penalty shoot out after the regulation time ended 1-1 draw.

While the other match between Barisal Division and Sylhet Division also 
rolled into a tie breaker with Sylhet blanked Barisal by 3-0 goals after the 
stipulated time ended 1-1 draw.

Besides, Rangpur division beat Khulna division by 3-0 goals while Rajshahi 
division edged past Dhaka division by 1-0 goals also held at the same venue.

The final of the tournament is slated for June 19 at National Stadium.
