DHAKA, Aug 18, 2026 (BSS) - International Master Mohammad Fahad Rahman split point with Woman Grandmaster Valeria Kleymenova of Russia in the third-round game of Masters event of the 32nd Abu Dhabi International Chess Festival which is now being held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

In the day's third-round held today (Tuesday), IM Fahad played with the black pieces, faced WGM Kleymenova's Sicilian Defense and secured a made a draw after fifty nine moves.

Fahad Rahman earned 1.5 points from three games. 

He will meet FIDE Master Gleb Scheglov of Russia in the fourth round scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday).
