DHAKA, May 4, 2025 (BSS) - Industries Secretary Md Obaidur Rahman urged all
to use local products more for the development of domestic industry.
"If the use of locally produced products increases, more new industries will
be set up. Entrepreneurs will be interested in investing more. It will also
be possible to earn huge foreign currency," he said.
The industries secretary said this after visiting a factory called 'Remark HB
Limited' in Gazaria, Munshiganj on Saturday.
Obaidur Rahman expressed satisfaction over cosmetics production in the
factory by ensuring modern technology, quality control, storage and overall
management.
He assured that the Ministry of Industries will provide all necessary support
to solve the existing crisis of the local industry.
