Remittance inflow rises by 18.60pc in 21 days of July

DHAKA, July 22, 2025 (BSS) - Expatriate Bangladeshis sent around US$1696 million remittances during the first 21 days of July in the fiscal 2025-26.
 
This amount reflects a daily average remittance of US$80.76 million sent by the expatriates during the period, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued here today. 
 
During the same period last year, the country's remittance inflow was US$1430 million, it added.
