ADP implementation YoY rises slightly in first 4 months of FY26

DHAKA, Nov 20, 2025 (BSS) - The implementation rate of the Annual Development Programme (ADP) in the first four months (July–October) of the current fiscal year (FY26) has increased slightly to 8.33 percent compared to 7.90 percent registered in the same period last year.

According to data released today by the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED), ministries and divisions spent Taka 19,878.34 crore in the first four months of FY2025-26, down from Taka 21,978.17 crore in FY2024–25. 

The government set an ADP expenditure target of Taka 2,38,695.64 crore for the current fiscal year.
