CHATTOGRAM, June 4, 2024 (BSS) - A mobile court of Ctg district administration on Tuesday realized fine of Taka one lakh from Lazz Pharma medicine shop for selling and storing unauthorized, adulterated and date expired medicine in city's GEC area.  

Executive magistrate Mohammad Imran Mahmud Dalim, while conducting an anti-adulteration drive in cooperation with district administration and police personnel this noon, imposed the penalty on the owner of Lazz Pharma in city's GEC area under Panchliash thana.

The executive magistrate said the fine was imposed for storing unauthorized and date expired medicine items.
