Fugitive accused Badsha Mia held in expatriate murder case in Ctg

CHATTOGRAM, May 21, 2025 (BSS)-Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested Md. Badsha Mia, 45, a fugitive accused in the Dubai expatriate Manik Abdullah murder case from Faujdarhat area under Sitakunda thana last night.
 
 
RAB in a press release, issued this afternoon said the arrested Badsha Mia is the son of the deceased Kabir Ahmed of Garib Ullah Para in Bagowan union of Raozan Upazila. 
 
Manik Abdullah was shot dead on April 19, this year while taking meal in a rented house in Bhandari colony of Garib Ullah Para, ward No. 3 of Bagowan union in the upazila. 
 
Following the incident, the victim's wife filed a murder case with Raozan thana. 
Badsha Mia was one of the main accused in the case. RAB said that he was arrested in a raid based on secret information. 

Later, he was handed over to the concerned police station through the legal process.
