NAOGAON, July 9, 2025 (BSS) - Sports equipment has been distributed to different sports clubs and educational institutions in the district today.

Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Awal distributed the sports gear including football, volleyball, chess, badminton to 30 sports clubs and educational institutions at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner this noon.

District Sports Officer Arifuzzaman, District Sports Association member Mehedi Hasan and other officials and sports organizers of the administration were present at the time. 

Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Awal said that along with quality education, sports and cultural practices are immense importance building a nation. 

These sports equipment are being distributed to motivate grassroots schools, institutions and clubs and to give importance to sports practices. He assured all kinds of cooperation to revitalize the sports grounds of Naogaon.
