MUNSHIGANJ, Sept 9, 2025 (BSS) - A voluntary blood-donation programme was held today on the occasion of youth festival celebration in the district with the aim of building a new Bangladesh. 

Organized by the district administration and in collaboration with Quantum Foundation, the voluntary blood donation programme was held on the District Shilpakala Academy premises at 10am on Tuesday. 

Deputy Commissioner Fatema Tul Jannat was present at the programme as the chief guest.

Different blood donor groups, students of educational institutions, officials and employees of government and private organizations and workers of socio-cultural organizations donated blood voluntarily. 

Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Muhammad Moshabberul Islam was also present at the time.
