NARAYANGANJ, Oct 2, 2025 (BSS) – Two truck drivers were killed after being hit by a speeding vehicle in the Kanchpur area here this morning.

The deceased were identified as Rakib Hossain and Sagar Mia.

According to witnesses, the accident happened when a broken-down truck was being towed by another truck. The towing truck also broke down. While both drivers were waiting by the roadside for help, a speeding vehicle hit them and fled the scene.

Highway police later recovered the bodies and sent them to the morgue.
