BNP holds rally in Mongla to implement Tarique Rahman’s 31-point state repair plan

BAGERHAT, Oct 24, 2025 (BSS) - A huge election rally was held at Digraj this afternoon at the initiative of BNP's Mongla Upazila and Municipal BNP, with the pledge to implement the "31-point state repair plan" announced by BNP acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.

BNP's Research Affairs Secretary and National Executive Committee member, agriculturist Shamimur Rahman Shamim, was present as the chief guest at the meeting. Rampal Thana BNP President Ha Fizur Rahman Tuhin presided over the meeting, and Mongla Municipal BNP Joint Convener Former Commissioner BNP leader Md. Emran Hossain conducted the meeting. Municipal BNP General Secretary Md. Mahbubur Rahman Manik spoke as the special guest. 

 Rampal Upazila BNP General Secretary Altaf Hossain Babu, Mongla Upazila Muktijoddha Dal President Abu Hanif (Commander), Municipal BNP Organizing Secretary Golam Nur Joni, Chandpai Union BNP President Shah Alam Sheikh, and Municipal Jubo Dal Convener Iman Hossain Ripon also spoke as special guests.

Agriculturist Shamim said, "Bangladesh is at a critical juncture today. The 31-point agenda for state reform that our leader Tarique Rahman has given is not just a manifesto—it is a blueprint for a new Bangladesh."
