Mohammad Rukonuzzaman, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, Khulna Office, and Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Managing Director of Sonali Bank, spoke as special guests, while Rafeza Akter Kanta, Director of Bangladesh Bank, presided over the seminar.
