RAJSHAHI, Aug 16, 2026 (BSS) - The Master Parade of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) was held at the Rajshahi Metropolitan Police Lines this morning.

RMP Commissioner Mohammad Foyzul Kabir received the salute and greetings from the participating police members at 8:00am.

During the inspection, the commissioner observed the turnout, discipline, efficiency and professionalism of the police members.

He stressed the importance of maintaining both physical and mental well-being and advised police personnel to engage in regular physical exercise, follow a moderate and balanced diet, and remain health-conscious alongside carrying out their professional responsibilities.

The commissioner said justice would be ensured for all officers and members of the force. Those demonstrating good performance would be rewarded, while those violating rules would face disciplinary action.

He also issued necessary instructions to the police members to ensure quality policing services reach people's doorsteps through sincerity, honesty and strict discipline in the discharge of their duties.
