DOHA (Qatar), April 22, 2025 (BSS) - Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus was welcomed by Qatari ministers and dignitaries at the inaugural ceremony of Earthna Summit here this morning.
On the occasion, the chief adviser exchanged pleasantries with the dignitaries.
Prof Yunus is now on a four-day visit to Qatar to attend the "Earthna Summit".
Bangladesh Ambassador to Qatar Md. Nazrul Islam received Prof Yunus upon his arrival at Hamad International Airport around 21:40 pm on Monday (Doha time) by a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight, Chief Adviser's Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad Majumder told BSS.
Earlier, he departed from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 7:00pm (Dhaka time) on Monday.
