DHAKA, Feb 22, 2024 (BSS) - Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) today lodged a general diary (GD) with Paltan Police Station here today against one Md Russell Khan for introducing himself as a personal assistant (PA) of the chairman of the BSS board of directors and resorting to fraudulence activities including extortion.

In the general diary filed by Mohammad Ali Khan, head of planning, development and administration of BSS, mentioned that Md Russell Khan is tarnishing the image of the national news agency-BSS by extorting and lobbying in different areas using the name of BSS.

According to the GD, Russell also printed his visiting card using his identity as PA of BSS chairman. But neither there is any employee of BSS named Russell Khan nor he is familiar with BSS chairman, it also mentioned.
