JAMALPUR, Nov 25, 2024 (BSS)- Youth and Sports adviser Asif Mahmud Sojib Bhuiyan has said young generation will take leadership of various sectors in Bangladesh in the future.

He said this while addressing a fresher’s reception at Government Ashek Mahmud College virtually from Dhaka today.

Urging students to prepare them to lead the country Asif Mahmud said the interim government is working to ensure participation of youths in various sectors.

“We have achieved a new Bangladesh through a mass movement and we will take responsibility of the country,” he said.

“By ousting the fascism we are dreaming of building a new Bangladesh. New generation should get prepared to materialize the dream,” he added.

Government Ashek Mahmud College arranged the reception for newly admitted students of Class XI in the academic year 2024-2025.

Principal of the college Prof Md Harun or Rashid was in the chair while general secretary of college teachers’ association Mohammad Rezaul Karim and senior government officials spoke on the occasion.
