The programmes including flag-raising, procession and student-gathering
-- will begin tomorrow at 11am in front of the Dhaka University's Madhur canteen -- which will be carried out simultaneously across the country, BCL central President Saddam Hussain told a press conference today at Madhu's canteen on DU campus.
