DHAKA, Dec 31, 2024 (BSS) – Police today arrested three professional snatchers, including listed one in capital’s Motijheel area. 

Three arrestees were identified as Md. Asadul alias Bitkel, 34, Md. Himel Pradhan, 27 and Sohel, 30, said a media release of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).

Acting on a tip-off, a team of Motijheel police station conducted a raid   and arrested them from under the metro rail in Motijheel area.

The arrested Bitket is wanted in seven cases of robbery and snatching while Md. Himel Pradhan is wanted in two cases of mugging.
