AL leader Mustafizur Rahman Babla passes away

DHAKA, May 7, 2024 (BSS) - Former member of Awami League (AL) sub-committee on office affairs valiant Freedom Fighter Mustafizur Rahman Babla passed away today.

He was 66.

Mustafizur breathed his last while undergoing treatment at a hospital in the city this afternoon, said a press release.

He left behind wife, a son, a daughter and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.

Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Mustafizur.

In a condolence message, Quader prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
