KUSHTIA, Feb 6, 2025 (BSS) - Police arrested three robbers with weapons from the Kalurmor area under Kumarkhali upazila here last night.
The arrestees are SM Suman, 35, son of Ahid, Tazem Ali, 38, son of Kashem Ali of Bajruk Bakhoi village and Faisal Hossain, 19, son of Jiku Pramanik of Bakhoi Mohbbot village of the upazila.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Kumarkhali Police Station raided the aforesaid area and arrested them with country-made weapons while they were taking preparation for robbery.
They were produced before the court today. Later, the court sent them to jail.
During primary integration, they admitted that they were involved in robbery.
