DHAKA, Feb 25, 2025 (BSS) – A total of 44 lawyers have been registered as senior lawyer for conducting cases at the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.
A notice, signed by Appellate Division registrar Muhammad Hasanuzzaman, was published in the website of the apex court today.
With Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed in the chair, the enrolment committee was reconstituted comprising Appellate Division Justice M Ashfaqul Islam, Justice Jubayer Rahman Chowdhury, Justice M Rezaul Haque and Justice SM Emdadul Haque, according to the notice.
The enrolment committee took the decision to enroll the 44 lawyers as senior lawyers of the Appellate Division of the apex court based on the individual opinion of the every member in its meeting on February 24.
