DMP files 2,819 cases against traffic rule violators

DHAKA, May 3, 2025 (BSS) - The Traffic Division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) filed 2,819 cases for traffic rule violations in the last three days since April 30.

In addition, 258 vehicles were dumped and 110 vehicles were wrecked during the period, said a press release here today.

The DMP Traffic Division will continue the drive to maintain traffic discipline in Dhaka Metropolitan areas, it said.
