DHAKA, May 16, 2025 (BSS) - The written test for the enrollment of lawyers with the Bangladesh Bar Council will take place on June 28.

"The written exam will be held between 9am to 1pm on the scheduled date," said Bar Council Secretary and District Judge Mohammad Kamal Hossain Sikder. 

Earlier, the first phase of the enrollment process-the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) test-was held on April 25. A total of 13,258 candidates passed the exam. The results have already been published on the council's official website.

According to Bar Council rules, candidates must clear three stages-MCQ, written, and oral exams-after earning a law degree to qualify as professional lawyers.
