DMP prohibits entry of outsiders within 200 yards of HSC examination centres

DHAKA, June 23, 2025 (BSS) - The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) today restricted the entry of outsiders within 200 yards of HSC, Alim, and equivalent examination centres to ensure the peaceful conduct of the upcoming public examinations.

The examinations will start in the capital and elsewhere in the country from June 26.

In a public notice, DMP Commissioner SM Sazzat Ali today said, "Since it is necessary to ensure that the examinations are held in a fair and peaceful manner at the examination centres, I hereby declare that the entry of the public, except for the examinees and persons concerned with the examinations, within 200 yards of the examination centres is completely prohibited."

This order will remain in force on the examination days.
