BSS inks agreement with Delta Life for group life insurance 

DHAKA, Nov 24, 2025 (BSS) - The state-run Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) has inked an agreement with the Delta Life Insurance Company Limited for securing group life insurance for the permanent journalists, officials and employees of the agency.

The agreement was signed Sunday at the office of the BSS in the capital’s Purana Paltan area for a three-year period, which would be renewed every year.

BSS Chief Editor and Managing Director Mahbub Morshed and Delta Life Insurance Company Limited CEO Uttam Kumar Sadhu signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.

BSS Managing Editor Md. Fazlul Huq, Chief News Editor Md Manikul Azad, Chief Reporter G.M. Rajib Hossain, Chief Administrative Officer Mohammad Ali Khan and Chief Accounts Officer Md Jashim Uddin were present at the signing ceremony on behalf of BSS while Delta Life Insurance Company Limited Vice President Farhad Hossain and Executive Vice President Rajib Kanti Saha were present on the occasion.
