RAJSHAHI, Dec 27, 2025 (BSS) - The admission test of Dhaka University's 'A' Unit (Science) for first-year undergraduate programmes for the 2025-26 academic session was held smoothly and peacefully at the Rajshahi University (RU) sub-centre today.

The examination took place simultaneously from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm at different academic buildings of the university. Of the total 13,200 registered candidates, 10,537 appeared in the test, recording an attendance rate of 79.82 percent.

During the examination, RU Pro-Vice-Chancellors Professor Mayeen Uddin and Professor Farid Uddin Khan, Treasurer Professor Matiar Rahman and Proctor Mahbubur Rahman visited various examination halls and control rooms.

They reviewed the overall situation and expressed satisfaction as the test was conducted in a fair, orderly and peaceful manner.

Deans, heads of disciplines, teachers, officers and staff members assigned to the control room and examination centres were also present to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination.
