DHAKA, Jan 15, 2026 (BSS)- Professor David Lyon of King’s College London and Professor Jean Seaton of the University of Westminster in London today paid a courtesy call on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Niaz Ahmed Khan at his office.

During the meeting, they discussed various issues including the development of education and research activities at Dhaka University.

The Vice-Chancellor briefed the guests on the history of the university and the conducive academic environment prevailing during this tenure. 

The meeting emphasized expanding joint collaborative education and research programmes between Dhaka University and renowned universities of the world to improve the quality of higher education.
