RAJSHAHI, May 6, 2026 (BSS)- A day-long workshop titled 'Creating a Roadmap for the Development of the Department of Philosophy: Workshop on Documentation and Evidences' was held at Rajshahi University (RU) today.

The Department of Philosophy of RU organized the workshop at the Momtaz Uddin Arts Building.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Faridul Islam was present as the chief guest at the workshop. 

Special guest was Professor Md. Kamal Uddin, Additional Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), and Professor Md. Monimul Haque, Additional Director of IQAC, was present as the resource person. 

The workshop was chaired by Professor Md. Ariful Islam, Chairman of the Department of Philosophy.

The workshop included discussions and hands-on training on ensuring quality in higher education, accreditation, Bangladesh National Qualifications Framework, course file preparation, and necessary documentation.
