July 16 to be observed as 'Martyr Abu Sayeed Day'

DHAKA, June 25, 2025 (BSS) - The government has declared July 16 as 'Martyr Abu Sayeed Day'. 

It has been decided to include this date as a 'Kha' category day in the observance of national and international days to be observed every year as 'Martyr Abu Sayeed Day'. 

All concerned ministries, departments and organizations have been asked to properly implement it. 

Cabinet Division today issued a circular to this end.
