DHAKA, March 17, 2025 (BSS) – Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal, the youth front of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), in a statement here today warned of taking action against any move of grabbing footpaths or doing grabbing business in the name of the organization.

“If you witness any incident of grabbing (footpaths) in the name of the Jubo Dal, take him into your custody and inform its central office over the following telephone numbers for taking the next course of action against the perpetrators,” read the statement.

The mobile numbers are- 01819295106 (Office Secretary) and 01712061198 (Asstt. Office Secretary).

Jubo Dal President Abdul Monayem Munna and General Secretary Nurul Islam Nayon in the statement said a group of miscreants are using the name of Jubo Dal in grabbing footpaths to destroy the image of the organization.

“We’re taking political and legal measures that include expulsion from the organization after conducting thorough internal investigation. So, all are requested to inform us about receiving any such information,” said the statement signed by Assistant Office Secretary of organization Minhazul Islam Bhuiyan.

It is seen that some miscreants are deliberately using the name of Jubo Dal aimed at concealing their crimes and harming the image of the organization, the statement said. The groups are even engaged in clashes over the illegal business, it added.

The Jubo Dal also requested the media to publish or broadcast authentic news in this connection after being confirmed.
