DHAKA, April 6, 2025 (BSS) – Police in separate raids arrested 15 
individuals for their alleged involvement in various crimes that include 
robbery and drug trading from different parts of the capital’s 
Mohammadpur area. 
 
The arrested have been identified as  Rubel (27), Murad (25), Miraj (25),  
Javed (30), Sam (20), Munsur (36), Arif (24), Monty Patwari (27), Jamil 
(45),  Sajal (28),  Rashed (30),  Shoaib (22), Tahidul (18), Mahfuz (18) and 
Arif (25).

As part of the move to maintain law and order and safety and security of 
the city dwellers, police arrested the crime suspects after conducting 
separate raid in various crime-prone areas under Mohammadpur Police 
Station on Saturday, said a police press release.  

Of the arrestees, some were captured in previous cases and warrants, it 
also said.  
The arrestees were sent to the court.
