Badda Thana Jubo League convenour Kaiser arrested in city

DHAKA, April 9, 2025 (BSS) - Detective Branch (DB) of police tonight arrested a Jubo League leader from the capital city's Bashundhara residential area.

The arrested was Kaiser Mahmud alias Galakata Masud, convenour of the Badda Thana Jubo League. He was held around 9.45 pm today, deputy commissioner of DB of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Muhammad Talebur Rahman told BSS.

He was accused in 12 cases linked to the July uprising.

The arrestee will be sent to the court tomorrow.
