DHAKA, Sept 26, 2025 (BSS) - The Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) today issued a public alert against frauds who are using fake identity of the defense secretary to defraud people.

In a statement the ISPR said recently it was revealed that some immoral individuals and a vested corner have been taking advantage from different individuals or organizations by using photo and official identity of defense secretary Md Ashraf Uddin.

They have been demanding unlawful benefit and engaging fraudulence by using more mobile numbers (01881747343)/WhatsApp id of the defense secretary, the ISPR said.

The ISPR statement requested everyone to be careful against such fraudulent activities.
