DHAKA, Oct 8, 2025 (BSS) – The Resident Representative of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Jayendu De held a meeting with senior leaders of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) today.

The meeting took place at 4:10 pm at the BNP Chairperson’s office in Gulshan, BNP Media Cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan told BSS.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee member Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan and its Organising Secretary and Special Adviser to Party’s Chairperson on Foreign Affairs Shama Obaid attended the meeting on behalf of the party.
