DHAKA, Aug 4, 2026 (BSS) - Mirpur Model Police Station today arrested 41 people during a special drive against crime in the capital's Mirpur area.

According to a Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) press release, the arrestees include suspects wanted in regular cases as well as individuals allegedly 
involved in various criminal activities.

The operation was conducted to maintain law and order, adding that such special drives will continue across the area.

Legal proceedings against the arrested individuals are underway.
