DHAKA, Aug 25, 2026 (BSS) - A discussion, doa mahfil and hamd-nat titled "Mrityunjayi Nazrul" will be held at the Nazrul Institute on August 27 to mark the 50th death anniversary of National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam.

According to a press release issued by the Kabi Nazrul Institute today, Cultural Affairs Secretary Kaniz Moula will attend the programme as the chief guest at the institute auditorium in Dhanmondi.

Poet's granddaughter and Chairman of the Institute's Board of Trustees Khilkhil Kazi will attend the event as the special guest.
