DHAKA, Sept 27, 2025 (BSS) - BFF Academy Football team U-17 finished runners-
up in the second Tianwu Liufang Cup after losing to Wuhan U-17 China by 3-0 
goals in the final held in Lijiang, China today (Saturday).

Though the BFF Academy team could not score any goal in the final but they 
fought neck to neck in the entire proceeding.

Tahsan Khan of BFF Academy team won the golden boot after emerging highest 
scorer in the meet.

Earlier, the BFF Academy boys showed an impressive display beating hosts 
Shenyang U-17 by 4-0 goals in their opening group-stage encounter and 
thrashed Sri Lanka Academy Football U-17 team by 8-0 goals in the second 
match.

BFF Academy boys, however, suffered a 1-0 goal defeat to Wuhan China U-17 
team in their ultimate group match to finish group runners-up.

The BFF Academy team confirmed their spot of semifinal defeating Shanghai 
Yanggpu Distirct Amateur Sports Center U-17 football team by 3-1 goals in the 
quarter final match.

The BFF Academy team beat Experimental High School Football team U-17 by 4-0 
goals in the semifinal.
