Police FC beat Brothers Union

DHAKA, Sept 27, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Police Football Club beat Brothers 
Union Club by 1-0 goal in their opening match of the Bangladesh Football 
League held at Birshreshtha Shaheed Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in 
Munshiganj today (Saturday).

In the day's match, Brazilian forward Paulo Santos scored the all-important 
goal for Police in the 42nd minute of the match.

Police will play their next match against Mohammedan Sporting Club while 
Brothers Union meet Abahani Limited Dhaka in their respective second round 
matches scheduled to be held on October 19.
