DHAKA, Sept 28, 2025 (BSS)- Dhaka Division registered its second successive 
victory and went top of the NCL T20 point table as they crushed Sylhet 
Division by nine wickets at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium today.

Despite half-centuries from Amite Hasan and Asadullah Galib, Sylhet managed 
to put up 134-7, a total that Dhaka overhauled in 17 overs by reaching 135-1.

Ashiqur Rahman Shibli hastened the victory with 39 ball-60, an innings laced 
with six fours and three sixes. His fellow opener Rayan Ahmed was not out on 
46.

Earlier, Mosaddek Hossain Saikat wrecked havoc on Sylhet with 3-19 in four 
overs. Shuvagata Hom and Mahfujur Rahman Rabby snapped up two wickets apiece 
to complement Mosaddek and strangled Sylhet despite the valiant effort of 
Amite and Galib, both made 52 each.

Rejaur Rahman Raja was the only other batter of Sylhet to reach double 
digits, making 15.
