Women’s booters resume training

DHAKA, May 19, 2026 (BSS) - The Bangladesh women's national football team resumed training today in Bangkok after a one-day recovery break as part of their ongoing preparations for the upcoming SAFF Women's Championship 2026.

The day’s training session was conducted with high intensity and began with warm-up exercises, passing drills and small-sided games. The players later took part in 8 vs 8 possession-based matches at maximum intensity as the coaching staff continued to emphasize match fitness, teamwork and tactical awareness ahead of the tournament.

According to the team management, all members of the squad are in good condition and no injuries have been reported by the medical staff so far.

The team will hold their final training session tomorrow (Wednesday) at the Alpine Sports Training Camp before departing for Goa on May 21 to participate in the SAFF Women’s Championship 2026.
