TANGAIL, March 24, 2025 (BSS) - The Department of Agricultural Extension 
(DAE) distributed seeds and fertilizer among 1,000 small and marginal farmers 
in Bhuapur upazila of the district today.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Poppy Khatun distributed the agri-inputs among 
the farmers at a function held at the Upazila Parishad (UP) premises this 
afternoon.

Upazila Agriculture Officer Md. Mokhlesur Rahman, Upazila Agricultural 
Extension Officer Abdullah Al Masud, Deputy Assistant Plant Protection 
Officer Nazmul Hasan Mamun, Upazila Jubo Dal convener Khandaker Julhas Alam 
were present, among others.

Each of the farmers received one kilogram (Kg) of sesame seeds, 10-kg of DAP 
fertilizer and five-kg of MOP fertilizer.
