Remittance inflow witnesses 14.3pc growth till Oct 6

DHAKA, Oct 07, 2025 (BSS) - Inflow of remittances witnessed 14.3 percent (pc) growth, reaching US$8,137 million during the period from July 1 to October 6, 2025 which was $7116 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.

According to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued here today, during the first six days of October, expatriates sent remittances of $552 million.
