BSEC calls for stakeholder feedback on draft equity securities rules

DHAKA, Oct 30, 2025 (BSS) - The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has formally requested opinions, suggestions, or objections from relevant stakeholders concerning the draft 'Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Offer of Equity Securities) Rules, 2025'.
 
The draft rules have already been published on the BSEC website. Stakeholders interested in reviewing the document can download it using the provided web link, https://sec.gov.bd/crequest/Draft on the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Offer of Equity Securities) Rules, 2025 30.10.2025.
 
The commission has requested that all feedback, suggestions, or objections be submitted within the next two weeks.
