Bangladesh set to shine at Heimtextil 2026 in Germany

DHAKA, Dec 11, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh is gearing up for a major showcase at Heimtextil 2026, the world's biggest trade fair dedicated to home and contract textiles. 

The prestigious event is scheduled to take place from 13 to 16 January 2026 at Messe Frankfurt, Germany, said a press release.

The fair serves as a global stage for innovation, creativity, and business growth, and typically sets the first textile and design trends of the new year.

Bangladesh's participation underscores its continuous growth as a key supplier in the global textile market. The fair provides a strong opportunity for the country's exporters to explore new markets, meet European buyers, and gain insight into emerging international trends. 

The exhibited products will range "From Towels to Home Textiles," covering items such as bedding, carpets, bath products, furnishing fabrics, and sun-protection materials. The event will also feature new technologies, including AI-assisted design and sustainable production methods.

A strong contingent of Bangladeshi companies will be exhibiting in Frankfurt, comprising a mix of direct exhibitors and companies receiving support from the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB).

The EPB is directly supporting the participation of three companies- Jaantex Industries Ltd, Maanuri Textile Mills, and Stylus Towels Ltd.

In addition, the event features a strong lineup of direct exhibitors. These include ACS Textile (Bangladesh) Limited, Artisan House BD Ltd, Debonair Padding & Quilting Solution Ltd, Hossain Dyeing and Printing Mills Ltd (Unit-2), Karupannya Rangpur Ltd, Naheed Fine Tex Ltd, Noman Terry Towel Mills Ltd, Shabab Fabrics Ltd, Towel Tex Ltd, and Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Limited / NICE Group.

Heimtextil 2026 is expected to be instrumental in helping Bangladeshi companies strengthen their global presence.

By connecting with new customers, the exhibitors will highlight Bangladesh's skill and quality within the international textile industry.
