MetLife Bangladesh introduces digital wellness feature

DHAKA, Sept 7, 2026 (BSS) - MetLife Bangladesh has introduced 360Health Score, a wellness feature integrated into its One by MetLife mobile app, 
enabling users to monitor their physical, mental and financial wellbeing through personalised scores and AI-powered recommendations.

United States Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent T. Christensen inaugurated the launch of the feature today, said a press release.

The One by MetLife app has over 700,000 registered users and brings together financial protection, insurance management and wellbeing services on a single digital platform.

The newly-introduced 360Health Score provides users with personalised scores and AI-powered recommendations designed to encourage healthier habits and informed financial decisions.

Chief Executive Officer of MetLife Bangladesh Ala Ahmad said, "The launch of 360Health Score marks an important milestone in our digital transformation 
journey and reflects our focus on delivering innovative solutions that create meaningful value for customers."

MetLife has been operating in Bangladesh since 1952 and serves more than one million individual customers and over 900 corporate clients.
