Motorcyclist killed in Munshiganj road crash

MUNSHIGANJ, May 3, 2025 (BSS) - A motorcyclist was killed in a road accident in Bhaberchar area under Gazaria upazila of the district today.

The deceased was Farhad Uddin Bhuiyan, 35, son of Kashem Bhuiyan, a resident of Dulalpur village under Brahmanpara upazila in Cumilla district.

The incident took place on the Dhaka-Chattogram highway around 7 am when a speeding car hit a motorbike from behind, leaving its rider Farhad Uddin dead on the spot, said Md. Shawkat Hossain, in-charge of Bhaberchar Highway Police Outpost.
