MYMENSINGH, Sept 11, 2025 (BSS) - A doa and discussion meeting was held today in the district marking the 18th jail release day of former Prime Minister and Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.
 
South district BNP member secretary Rokonuzzaman Sarkar Rokon addressed the meeting held at the BNP party office in the city on Thursday afternoon at the initiative of South District BNP. 

After the discussion, a special prayer was offered for the health and long life of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia and Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman. 

Leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliate organizations were present at the time.
