RAJBARI, Sept 11, 2025 (BSS) - A motorcyclist was killed when a sand-laden truck hit his bike in front of Mourat Health Complex in Pangsha upazila of the district this noon.
The deceased was Rajab Ali, 45, son of Tofazzel Hossain, a resident of Ghatora Ghat village under Kalukhali upazila of the district.
Officer-in-Charge of Pangsha Police Station Mr. Salauddin said that the motorcyclist was going to Bagduli from Pangsha when a sand-laden truck hit him from behind at noon. Bike rider Tofazzel died on the spot.
A case was filed with Pangsha Police Station in this regard and the truck driver and helper have been arrested, the OC said.
