Doa mahfil held in Bhola seeking recovery of Khaleda Zia

BHOLA, Dec 8, 2025 (BSS) - A doa mahfil was held on Sunday night in the district seeking the recovery of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.

The prayer event organized by local BNP leaders took place at Shantirhat Bazar in Charsamaiya Union under Bhola Sadar upazila around 8 pm. 

District BNP Convener and BNP's nominated candidate for the Bhola-1 constituency Golam Nabi Alamgir addressed the gathering as the chief guest. 

The programme was chaired by Charsamaiya Union BNP President Shamsuddin Matabbar.

Senior BNP leaders, including District BNP Senior Joint Convener Shafiur Rahman Kiran, Humayun Kabir Sopan, Tariqul Islam Quaed, Zia Parishad Convener Nurnabi Talukder, District Jubo Dal Organizing Secretary Md. Monir Hossain, Charsamaiya Union BNP General Secretary Musa Kalimullah, Bhola Sadar Upazila Jubo Dal Convener Abdul Latif Titu, and Sramik Dal Sadar Upazila Member Secretary Md. Biplob, also spoke at the event.
